CIC2CIC Case is the solution developed by Cicrespi to label fruit disposed in boxes.
The standard version of the complete system is composed by conveyor belt with guides, overall dimensions mt 3,5x1,1 (other sizes upon request), and labelling machine CIC2CIC Case with 7 heads.
Speed 20 mt/min.
Electronics allow the self-positioning according to the height of each fruit and the width of the alveoles.
The label is sucked by an extendible sucker and released after the photocell signal on the fruit in motion.
CIC2CIC Case is available in modules with 3, 4 or 5 heads.
Their combination allows all solutions.
An optional applicator and pneumatic arm with thermal transfer printer can apply, on the front of the box, a label for its traceability and automatic identification.
