Cicrespi C-SEALER is the solution for security labelling of pharma boxes.

The solution is designed to apply both L-shaped and U-shaped tamper evident / seal labels on 2 sides of pharmaceutical boxes, filled and closed.

Production is up to 10.000 pcs / hr (170 pcs / min) under the following sizes:
Boxes: Length mm 60/ 150 - Width mm 30/115 - Height mm 15/90
Labels: Width 20 mm (30 incl. liner) - Length 30 mm - Reel Ø 400 mm

The system is totally customizable according to your own desired specifications.

System is composed of:

• 2 x LABELLING MACHINES "CRONO" WITH STEPPER MOTOR, VARIABLE SPEED MAX 30 MT/MIN, LINER WIDTH UP TO 60 MM, COMPLETED WITH BRACKETS.

• PHOTOCELLS WITH REFLECTOR, COMPLETED WITH SUPPORTS.

• 2000 MM STAINLESS STEEL CONVEYOR WITH ADJUSTABLE FEET AND ANTI-FRICTION GUIDES.

• TOUCH SCREEN INTERFACE PANEL.

• UPPER COUNTER BELT, CADENCING & STABILIZATION DEVICE, 3 COLOUR LAMP FOR STATUS SIGNALLING.

• ALL ADJUSTMENTS BY HANDWHEEL (NO TOOLS NEEDED).
