The chamber furnaces type LLF are versatile plants that are easily integrated in automatic c treatment lines.

The main features are:

The heating system, with high efficiency self-regenerative burners, guarantees atmospheric emissions within the limits of the European laws;

The configuration of the heating area which guarantees an optimum temperature uniformity;

The quenching bath, where the ratio between the weight of the charge and the volume of the vat (within the required standards), combined with a programmable agitation system, permits the operator to obtain matchless results as far as deformation, hardness and homogeneity are concerned, even with charges of considerable dimensions;

The possibility to install different types of atmospheres, automatically controlled by means of probes and/or analysers;

Different choices as far as the control equipment is concerned, depending on the customer’s requirements: the current plant is equipped with a dedicated instrument provided by Demig (D). This controller which is a real PC, equipped with a colour display, has the complete control of the machine, both in automatic and in process running, executing all functions "ON LINE".
