The balancers for paper rollers and rollers for belt conveyors have the following construction details:

* long bed and low supports
* they are equipped either with rolls serving the purpose of placing the turning rollers or prisms for placing the non-turning axles.
* they are equipped with drives that enable the change of the rotary speed of the balanced rotor

They are equipped with specific software:
* long and slender shafts can be balanced either as rigid or flexible
* the results may be given in the form of the number of bars of a specific diameter and length, which are to be assembled into the side walls of the shafts. The results may be given in the form of dimensions of plates of an assumed thickness and width, which are bent to the internal diameter of a cylindrical coat and fixed inside the coat.
