The balancers for car electric fans are destined for the mass production of these sub-assemblies. In connection with that, they are distinguished by the speed of their operation and special shapes. The time of the full measuring period is particularly short here. They enable convenient service at the low energetic cost of an employee.
The balancers which serve the purpose of balancing the electric fans with a rotor of a "roller" type, as for instance, the ones applied in the car heaters, have an additional utility software installed. They minimize the number of corrective weights fastened on the rotor. The results of the measurements of unbalance are presented in the form of the distribution of corrective weights with the appropriate mass, available sizes for the respective blades.
Most frequently, the machines operate in the automatic mode, except for the disassembly of the balanced rotor.
The balancers prepared for the large-scale manufacturing operate in the general management system. They are able to receive and send the data in the data transmission standard accepted by the client.
They are able to read the barcodes for identifying of rotor.
