CIMAT Ltd. manufactures propshaft balancing machines for two main destinations:
- for the companies repairing transmission shafts,
- for manufacturers of transmission shafts.
All balancing machines for propeller/drive shafts have the following characteristics:
- Balancing may be performed in two, three and four corrective planes at the same time
- they have low and solid terminal supports
- the central supports are adjusted to the universal devices for fastening of the shaft
- spindles are assembled in the terminal supports
- additionally, the right support has an adjustable head they enable the process of rotating shaft with high rotation speeds
- they are equipped with mechanism that protect the shaft from falling out
- bed lenght up to 6 m
In order to facilitate the service, they can be equipped with:
-servo drives to enable the positioning of the shaft for welding the corrective plate on each of the supports
- pneumatic system for the automatic fastening of the shaft in the spindle, blocking of the right support, closing and opening of the devices protecting the shaft from falling out, opening and closing of the safety cover
- depending on the order, we assemble welders on them.
The software based on special version of Windows XP operating system as well which allows to read balancing results in form of the length of the corrective plate.
