MONOBLOC INBI is an idler with new and innovative improvements within its field of application.
The innovative design means that we can prevent moisture from penetrating into the metal core.
The rubber body of the idler is manufactured in a single piece. Fewer moving parts means fewer breakdowns and a longer-lasting idler. The monobloc design prevents any discs slipping and get a better adherence to the belt.
It is advisable to use the MONOBLOC INBI idler in those installations where problems may occur with humidity and chemical agents, such as salt works, soap factories, acids, oils, sulphates and sugar mills, fertilizer and cement plants, etc.
