These lines allow to rewind the slitted strips, in steel or non-ferrous metal, in helical-winded reels having weight up to 5000 kg. The winded material is unwinded, head-tail join-welded, edge-profiled and helical-rewinded directly on the rewinder mandrel, on spools or on cardboard for waste. Mainly utilized by narrow strip producers, service centers, or combined with galvanic plating plants for the strip surface treatment.
