By replacing the inaccurate visual inspection into the electronic inspection, unmanned packaging can be realized. This inspection machine monitors the incorporation of foreign material or heterogeneity in the packaging process. When defective products are found, it automatically discard them in-line.
Features
The flash function detects the foreign materials attached to the tablet and aluminum printed parts.
- Inspection of heterogeneity incorporation such as the shape, size and color difference of tablets can be conducted due to the adoption of color CCD camera.
- Detection of 0.5mm dice, 50μ hair is possible with high resolution realized by the adoption of color CCD camera.
- The inspection can be performed with a CPP film or red ultraviolet protective CCP film.
