In-line type SPI with high speed, high precision and simple operation that was largely improved from former one.
By making a measurement area wide and improving measurement algorithm, CKD achieved 8,000mm2/sec (standard) speed in VP6000-V. In addition, CKD corresponded with a popular high resolution measurement of the VP5200 series.
With the speed that is up to 2 times faster than the former one, VP6000-V will contribute to speed-up of production line.
