Clayton's Fired Product line of steam generators ranges in size from 150 to 1,000 boiler horsepower (1,472 to 9,810 kW) and steam flows from 5,175 to 34,500 lbs. /hr (2,347 to 15,650 kg/hr). Pressure design ratings are available up to 3000 psig (207 barg). All the units are offered with fully modulating automatic PLC based controls and Siemens servo actuated burner management systems.

These compact, highly efficient units offer many benefits over more traditional Water-Tube and Fire-Tube boilers. Their unique controlled flow/counter-flow heat exchanger design allows them to start up and respond to system load changes very rapidly while maintaining system pressures. Controlling internal water flows allows us to manage TDS build-up and dispose of it in a concentrated flow, thus greatly reducing wasted heat, chemicals and water. And since this is done without a large pressure vessel, the potential of steam explosions is effectively eliminated from the boiler room.

Low NOx burner systems are available to meet the strictest regulations down to 6 ppm. Skidding mounting, containerizing and other options are also available to meet your specific project requirements. For quotations, contact your local Clayton representative.
