Robotic depalletizer RAD PP SAGITTARIUS

The SAGITTARIUS RAD PP series depalletizes pet food pouches using a vacuum picking head PV. The robotic head is equipped with suction cups in order to pick up and drop off pouches on belt conveyors. Empty trays are discharged on specific conveyors and transported to a specific managing station for trays. An inspection camera detects the presence of remaining pouches on trays. At the end of the process, a full box of trays exists and are ready to be charged with product. The SAGITTARIUS system is extremely flexible and depalletizes multiple products at the same time. It also allows the same robot to be used thus ensuring totally automatic and flexible handling of layer pads, top frames and pallets.
