Bow-guiding columns with antiscuff bushings
Safety device which immediately stops the machine if blade breaks
Blade tilted respect the horizontal axis to easy sections' cutting
Blade lubrication through cooling emulsion driven by motor pump
Hydraulically locking vice with gripping jaws before and after the blade and locking plate made of extremely hard material

Opening of both bar feeding clamping jaws while carriage is moving to prevent these from sliding if the rods aren't straight

Piece's length to be cut readout by linear encoder
Hydraulically-locking bar feeding clamp supported by ground guides and antiscuff bushings
Photo-electric sensor for bar's end feeling
