Material feeding carriage composed of:
Opening of both bar feeding clamping jaws while carriage is moving to prevent these from sliding if the rods aren't straight
Large-sized base with 500 mm length stroke feeding carriage, hydraulically driven
Piece's length to be cut readout by linear encoder
Hydraulically-locking bar feeding clamp supported by ground guides and antis cuff bushings
Photo-electric sensor for bar's end feeling

Automatic bar feeding with axis CNC controlled with Brusles motor with ballscrews
Worked piece counter
Automatic positioning for cutting angles from 45° to the right to 45° to the left CNC controlled
Possibility to programme cutting cycles with pieces having different lengths and different cutting angles
Multiple cutting programmes with free programming of pieces' number and length
Final swarf of the feeder 770 mm
