Characteristics
The manual carriages version ATEX correspond to manual carriages HTTP HTG in Dacromet version, i.e. especially adapted to work in corrosive medium (dairies, slaughter-houses, paper mill, dyeing, stations of purification, stations of washing,?).
To be in conformity with directive EC 94/9/E, and to be used in the mediums with strong explosive potential, carriages HTTP HTG ATEX have wheels bronzes some ensuring a better diffusion of heat.
The carriage allows exact positioning or the easy displacement of important loads with a manual, electric or pneumatic hoist.
It can be assembled on a vast range of iron widths and sections (IPN, IPE, IPB,?)
The reversed fine thread makes it possible to precisely regulate the flasks with the width of iron.
This original concept ensures the positioning of the hoist perfectly in the axis of the beam.
The rollers of the carriage are designed to accept a slope of shaped of 14° maximum.
Model carriage HTG can be equipped with an operating channel stainless (option)
