The production characteristics of the series BR/5CS are particularly high. The machine allows a fully automatic operation without operator intervention. The cycle of loading-forming-unloading is carried out in-line.

The preheating system increases machine capacity and avoids the thermal shock thus ensuring high quality even with difficult plastic materials in a high productivity context.

Higher possibilities of negative parts.

The variable inclination of the extraction system allows to control the unloading of negative parts in a wide range of depth.

Safe and speed mould change.

In a thermoforming line is particularly useful the special Villa mould change solution. This allows to perform quick easy and safe set up change. No fork-lift is required.

Total Process Control.

The Villa control system embraces/ combines the most complete automatism with the operator’s sensibility and experience who, in any time, can correct the programmed parameters.
