The frame made in strong monolitic structure is calculate to minimize all the flexions during the machine running so that the edge cutting plate and cutting quality results as much precision possible. The cylinders are positioned swinging and selves lining up in order to follow the inclination of the guillotine while cutting angle adjustment and during blades clearing adjustment. Infact the guillotine is rebbed by a crosspiece to get a good rigidity.
It is linked to both pushing cylinders even obtaining an angle adjustment. The front hold - down crosspiece is screwed to the frame containing the steel manifold on which are placed the hold - down cylinders. The back gauge, built even in strong structure, made and worked with appropriate materials so that a length precision of cutting of ± 0,1 is guaranteed. The hydraulic group is placed in the upper side of the machine and rowered motor along with an high capacity pump get a strong working force. The pump is at low level of sonority.
