The new roller conveyor shot blasting machines from CMV were developed focusing on the needs of the structural steel manufacturers, optimizing floor space, operational cost and maintenance, easily integrating into production lines (automatic or semi-automatic), ensuring besides an extremely high production efficiency that meets the safety and heath standards.

There are basically two types of blasting machines with roller conveyors, pre-fabrication and post-fabrication.

Pre-fabrication: Designed to blast beams, profiles, sheets, flat and angle bars, pipes, etc. Before the welding process, providing a better welding quality, reducing the consumption of cut and machining tools, ensuring a better cut quality (plasma, oxy-fuel or laser), besides maintaining the factory clean. Combined with an appropriate production rate, can minimize or even eliminate the necessity of a post-fabrication blasting.

Post-fabrication: Designed to blast welded structures, also able to operate with raw materials. It has a larger quantity of blast wheels than the pre-fabrication machines, which are disposed in a way to blast the different sides that usually compose a welded structure. They are specially indicated for paint preparation
