Appropriate for shotpeening, cleaning, deburring and finishing on castings, forgings, punched, etc. Operates with stainless steel shot and other kinds of abrasive (optionally with Steel Grit).

Built from a wear resistant steel, is characterized by extremely fast production cycles because of the combination of the load system with transfer to the blasting chamber which dispenses the shutdown of the blast wheels (time between cycles is approximately 15s) and by using the double pattern blast wheels (international patent required), significantly reducing the time of blasting and ensuring a greater uniformity even in the most complex pieces.

The carousel type machines reduce the wear of the operator and energy consumption and are highly secure by incorporating optical barriers to protect the area of supply and can easily be integrated with automatic system of loading / unloading using a robot.

Exhaust System: Compact, uses cartridges with non-fabric element. It has automatic cleaning by a pulse jet system and get level of residual dust around 3mg/m3. According to the main environmental standards.

Blast Wheels: With the unique system illustrated below (international patent required), reduces significantly the time of blasting when compared with conventional machines with the same power, it has more productivity even when compared with Spinner Hanger Wheel Blasting Machine.
