Furthermore Coates Screen Inks GmbH has been working on further development of UV-curing ink systems for quite a number of years.

We offer UV-curing ink systems for label printing and also screen printing onto various kinds of materials. UV-curing screen printing inks for printing onto glass, ceramics and various other substrates complete the solvent free and environmentally oriented ink program of Coates Screen Inks GmbH.

Coates Screen soon recognized the importance of being able to supply reproducible color shade data instead of judging colour shades by simply looking at them. Coates Screen Inks GmbH in Nuremberg was the first screen inks manufacturer who was able to offer a computer-aided ink formulation and comparison program. This innovative achievement is well known under the name C-MIX-COMP.

Coates Screen was also one of the first who developed of ink mixing systems based on a limited number of base shades. The ink mixing system C-MIX and the heavy metal free ink mixing system C-MIX-COMP-2000 makes work in the screen shop much easier.
