Cogelme Magnetic Drum can be applied for ferrous metal separation from Platics, Wood, Rubber, E-Waste and other materials recycling applications.
Magnetic grading machine is made of hopper with a magnetic drum inside.
Functioning is very similar to the magnetic drum: through the hopper material is loaded on the surface of the magnetic drum, which retains ferrous metals and downloads separately from inert materials.
Internal magnetic drum can be manufactured with permanent Ferrite or Neodymium (very powerful) magnets. The body of the equipment is made of stainless steel.
Ferrous metals are detached automatically and no particular maintenance is needed for the machine.
