Non-Marring Composite Couplers
These non-marring couplers are manufactured out of a heavy-duty, high-impact fiberglass composite, which protects finished surfaces from scratching and marring that can occur with brass or steel couplers. These automatic couplers are available in three varieties: Industrial, Safety and MegaFlow(tm).
Industrial Composite Coupler(Shown on top / gray body with blue ring)-
Can be used with any standard industrial interchange connector
Safety Composite Coupler (Shown in middle / black body with yellow ring)-
Can be used with any standard Industrial interchange connector, but offer additional protection against "hose whip" upon disconnection by safely bleeding of air line pressure through a two-step release mechanism
MegaFlow(tm) Composite Coupler (Shown on bottom / gray body with red ring) -
Can be used with Coilhose's Megaflow product line and are engineered to deliver much higher flow than comparably sized standard-design couplers and connectors, and are ideal for PB&E (Paint Body & Equipment) and other high-CFM applications
Specifications:
Air flow at 100 PSI = 45 CFM
Temperature range = 5 degrees F to 160 degrees F
Working pressure = 175 PSI
Function: Industrial and Megflow = Single / Safety = Double
Locking Device = Industrial and Megflow = 2 Pawls / Safety = 4 Pawls
