The V550 centre lathe features a number of outstanding characteristics, making it a natural heavyweight champion manual lathe in any workshop environment.
High spindle stiffness on this manual lathe is achieved with double race front roller bearings and single race rear bearings, set to a fixed pre-load and retained under tension. Lathe stability and accuracy are maintained at all speeds, loads and temperatures.
The V550 conventional lathe is available in 2 and 3 metre lengths as standard.
