FUNCTIONING
* Dry ice is the most powerful solution for the transport of frozen products, but the difficulty was to obtain consistent temperatures because of its proper low temperature (-80°C).
* The COLDWAY solution : dry ice is introduced in the Freetherm container into a compartment separated from the useful volume. Thanks to a fan system (ventilation), the inner temperature can be adjusted between -35°C and +8°C with a tolerance of ±2°C.
