Systems used in the realisation of automation and processing lines needing repetitive and precise motions.

The particular shape of the cam makes the carriage motion irreversible in dwell, intermediate and limit switch position, improving safety in its use.

Column elevators type EMC are produced in four standard sizes: 120 - 160 - 200 - 300 (sizes corresponding to the cam diameter)

For every size it is possible to apply 2 carriages (type A - type B) with different lengths and different carrying capacity.

STRUCTURE CHRACTERISTICS

Electro welded steel structure.

Hardened guides with recirculating balls or rollers.

Steel carriage.

Alloy steel cam with induction hardened track.

Protective bellows (fire retardant on request) .

Lead counterweight inserted in the column (only for 160-200-300 dimensions).

Orthogonal reduction gear with torsionally rigid joint, for cam connection.
