With this same machine it is possible to produce standard pies, quiches, cheesecakes or pizzas by simply changing the working tools.
This is a very easy machine to use and due to the hydraulic operating process of the blocking system it can produce up to 3,000 pies/quiches per hour for sizes of maximum 100 mm. in diameter and up to 1,000 pies/quiches per hour for sizes of maximum 300 mm. in diameter.
The maximum output rate for cheesecakes with rim is of 900 pcs/hr. while it rates 1,200 pcs/hr. for flat cheesecakes without rim.
Finally, the maximum production capacity for pizzas is of 700 pcs/hr.
