FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE RTS4 / RTS6

It has been designed for very quick changeover and high flexibility to handle many different containers and closure types.
It is particularly suitable for client working many different formats and small-medium batch.
The filling and capping machine model RTS4 can handle, with simple and easy change over parts, many kind of products like perfume, shampoo, lotions, creams and even nail enamel with explosion proof version.

The standard machine model RTS4 is provided with:

- Manual placing of bottle into puck.
- Set of pucks easy adjustable for handling several different formats of bottles.
- Automatic filling system.
- Mass flow measuring system with syringes.
- Manual cap placing onto bottle.
- Automatic capping station.
- Automatic pick-and-place to discharge the bottle from the puck.
- Unloading of bottle onto conveyor or random by chute.
- Safety guards with interlock micro-switches at doors.
- Strong and solid machine frame, adjustable in height and provided of feet with pads.
- Driving group with easy adjustable speed.
- Electrical plant with control panel and suitable controls.
