The power supplies "OTTO and ORBIT" have been developed for the installation in the smallest electrical trunking boxes. They are used as well in applications with very little room, particularly in the home-automation sector. Thus the continuous, regulated power source is directly where it is supposed to be and there is no need to do any heavy and expensive installation work or to mount visible power supplies onto the wall. Especially in particular or antique environments, like old or historic buildings, on which it is not possible to do any brickwork, “Orbis” is the solution of all problems. These power supplies have a self-extinguishing UL-VO plastic housing which guarantees the class II insulation. They comply with the EC low voltage directives and the directive on electromagnetic compatibility EN55022/B. An electronic circuit protects from overload and short circuit. The input and output connections are made, according to the single models, on terminal blocks, supple wires or connector RJ 4 pts.
