Rotative pad printing machine to print on caps diam.28-30mm. automatic pad printing line with elevator and mechanical loader of the pieces and feeding cap chute to 3 lines with loading capacity over than 100.000 caps per hour with a minimum air consuption.

The machine can be equipped with rotative printing heads for printing from 1 to 3 colors, it uses steel clichés and additional ink containers with peristaltic pumps for recycling of inks into the inkcup.

Surface treatment of the caps before printing with gas flaming , automatic and programmable pad cleaning system, hot air for drying between the print of different colors and IR oven for drying the pieces before unloding them. there are available different devices as additional options for drying, video camera for checking the quality of the print on the pieces located on a outline of the machine. viscosity device to check automatically the viscosity of the ink, pieces counter with automatic pallet for packing the pieces.
