Description

The creation of the TD302 lathe stems from the needs for reconditioning brake discs directly on board. It can be used when the removal and mounting operations of the disc are too complicated, like in off-road vehicles, or in the event of brake pedal pulsations, which are due to the more and more widespread phenomenon of wheel wobble. Thanks to a lathe fixing system in place of the brake calliper, the highest machining precision is offered, by keeping the disc and caliper aligned and using the same holes and contact surface. Its reduced weight and dimensions ensure handiness and a practical use. Moreover, the independent adjusting tools, the automatic feed in both directions, the electric control stop and the complete standard equipment make this machine extremely fast and versatile to use on a wide range of vehicles. The optional TD332 driving unit (compulsory within the EC market) eases and speeds up the reconditioning operation.
