The FRB10 lock-out relay (LOR) is used to perform a number of manoeuvres at the same time and activated a block which requires manual intervention to be cancelled. It is used in cojunction with automatic protection devices and intervenes when the machine failures and such as to warrant an ispection or of check-up of operating condictions. The lock-out relay thus prevent the putting back in operation until normal condictions have been restored.
