The single station thermoforming machines o( the series B2R can be manufactured both in the electric version (B2RE) and in the pneumatic one (B2RPN).
B2R is suitable to process in semi-automatic or automatic cycle plastic sheets (HIPS/ABS/PMMA/PP) with thickness up to 10 mm and, if equipped with specific items, can process
also material from (TPO/PVC/etc).
This model of machine has one working station. The following operations take place in it: material loading, plastification, forming, cooling and final product unloading.
82R machines can use male or female moulds.
The loading of the material to be thermoformed and the unloading of the final product can be automated.
COMI is able to offer several solutions to satisfy any customer's requirement.
The forming cycle and the heating are controlled by PLC and connected to an Operator Panel {PC optional) on which proprietary software, developed by COMI, is installed to
facilitate and simplify the setting and the storage of the production data.
The components are from internationally renowned manufacturers and so assure total reliability.
