COMI developed a series of hydraulic presses with different strength levels according to the process requirements.
These presses can be installed independently or following the thermoforming line.
In both the cases the handling of the product during the loading ' unloading operations will be automatic thanks to overhead pick up.
The mould / press interfacing system is automatic thanks to proper clamping'blocking groups fitted with all the necessary control and safety devices.
The mould changeover is extremely easy and fast.
All the functions are controlled by a specific PLC which can perfectly interface with the control and supervision system of the whole thermoforming line.
The presses are made of a strong mechanic structure and components chosen among the most renowned international brands.
COMI is able to supply also the shearing moulds to suit the final product.
