For the laser culling of rotary dieboards. COMI has developed 2 specific systems:
GIOTTO
The laser cutting system model GIOTTO is made of a group for the handling and moving of the rotary die board, which consists of a couple of spindles that allow 260° rotation and
move the die board under the laser head.
The spindles designed by COMI assure high simplicity and speed in the positioning and clamping of the bent/curved wood {max. 3 minutes), giving a senes of standard diameters,
which can be processed without long adjustment.
The precision of the mechanics and a specific software provide a remarkably high quality of the final product.
SENIOR FR +GIOTTO RF
This machine is a combined laser cutting system suitable for flat and rotary die boards.
COMI has combined features and advantages of the cutting system model SENIOR (for flat dieboards) and the laser system model GIOTTO.
The result is a flat-rotary machine having the following main features:
Extremely reduced total footprint
Extremely reduced loading/unloading time thanks to the items recommended by COMI
Cutting precision and speed at the top levels presently on the market
Rotary die board loading during the flat dieboard cutting
Laser beam short track able to guarantee cutting reliability and consistency.
Both the machines can be equipped with laser sources ranging from 1000 to 2000 W._
