The perimetrical mechanic culling of the Ihermoformed products is executed by COMI using guillotine systems.
These systems can be model SINGLE BLADE characterized by one guillotine, or model DOUBLE BLADE characterized by two guillotines.
Both the systems can be connected 'in-line' with our thermoforming systems or they can be independent and have different levels of automation to meet the requirements set by
customers.
The guillotines are available both in electric and hydraulic versions, depending on the cutting process requested.
The blade profile developed by COMI reduces noise and improves the overall cutting quality.
All the functions are controlled by a specific PLC, which can perfectly interface with the system that controls and supervises the thermoforming line.
SINGLE BLADE and DOUBLE BLADE can be equipped with a series of options among which:
scraps collection group
scraps cutting system
motorized belt for the unloading of cut products
pick up with overhead transfer for the automatic loading and unloading operations
