The thermoforming machine model BASICLINE CHAIN is adapted to process automatically thermoplastic materials in reel form with thickness ranging from 0,7mm up to 2,5mm.
BASICLINE CHAIN is made of a series of in-line stations: feeding station from reel, partialization. high capacity heating station, forming station, unloading station.
The main feature is the system transport with chains which, thanks to the long-experience grown by COMI, results extremely fast and precise.
BASICLINE CHAIN is dedicated to the realization of innerdoors for household refrigerators with a very high production capacity (from 190 to more than 230 innerdoors'h).
Another technical feature characterizing this line is the possibility to integrate the perimelncal cutting system (transversal and longitudinal cutting station).
BASICLINE CHAIN can be offered both in the hydraulic or electnc version.
