Insider B is a line of machines aimed at furniture manufacturers who wish to increase their production levels by automating boring operations only (Insider FB) or boring and inserting operations (Insider KB) on door units, fronts and frames, guaranteeing maximum machining quality and all the precision of a numerical control machine. Insider B can be configured with a head for vertical boring from below, or with two heads, one boring from below and one (optional) from above. Insertion is carried out using a pick-up and driving device fed by a v vibrating feeder and vertical magazine (optional) so as to guarantee maximum working autonomy for the machine. The clamp movement system has been specially designed to give optimum machining management even in the case of delicate pieces.
