The multi-header digital weighing scale is the most advanced automatic weighing system for solid or granular products. From a structural standpoint, the machine comprises a variable number of weighing headers, which means it can weigh different amounts of product at the same time and then combine them to achieve the required weight.

Speed and precision are the main quality factors of this multi-header system, designed to be assembled with vertical packaging machines in order to achieve higher levels of performance and accuracy when packaging food products.

The multi-header weighing scale is available in versions with 8 to 14 headers, according to the performance required of the packaging system. The feed and weighing baskets are available with a 3 or 5 litre capacity.

According to the product, the weighing scale can be fitted with vibrating chutes and smooth or textured finish stainless steel baskets; it can also be supplied with a revolving plate to ensure consistent product distribution (for instance, salad leaves) and can be made entirely of stainless steel for use with frozen or milk and dairy sector products.
