Nyomag, it's a range of high performance sintered Neodymium Iron Bore magnets, particularly indicated for Mini/ Micro Wind Generators , Wind Turbines and Electric Motors. For these applications we have studied different types of protecting coatings and various thicknesses, depending on the kind of Generator and applications. Coatings as NiCuNi + Epoxy or NiCuNi +Sn claim a resistance to corrosion in salt fog up to 120 hours and in extreme environments with high humidity percentage , they guarantee an optimal coating endurance with the total absence of magnetic flux loss. Coating in Zn, NiCuNi, Zn-Ni are also available. Nyomag products undergo intensive testing in order to check and improve their resistance in unusual environmental conditions. The resistance to corrosion is tested by Salt Spray Tester. Always for specific applications in Wind Generators, Nyomag is submitted to Hast Test in order to check the weight loss under high pressure and humidity level. Average is usually less than 0.09 mg/ cm2. For applications on Motors and Generators our magnets can achieve temperatures up to 220 °C., with options of diametral or radial or through thickness magnetization. Thanks to the high know - how during sintering process Nyomag , guarantees up to 48 MGOe of Maximum Produced Energy and Residual Induction up to a 1.46 KGs.
