Pyrolized boilers ELPA for domestic and industrial usage.
Application:
ELPA boiler - this is the compact economical boiler for the central hot-water heating systems of residential, domestic, administrative, industrial, storage buildings and other.
Principle of operation:
Soilers ELPA, based on the burning principle are differ from classical boilers, based on solid fuel. Due to their constructive construction, the combustion occurs by the pyrolized distillation method, the main idea of which is that under the high temperature and in condition of oxygen lack, the seasoned wood decomposes into - the volatile part - so-called pyrolized gas and into the solid part - wood charcoal (coke). During such combustion, minimal quantity of carbon and ash is appeared. The wood gas formation occurs in the upper (loading) box, and its combustion - in the separated box, situated in the lowest part of the boiler. The advantage of pyrolized boilers is the high coefficient of efficiency (85-90%) and the possibility of the power regulation over the range 5% to 100% nominal. The working time during one load of such boilers overcomes the working time of the traditional solid fuel boilers work in several times.
