Silicone-Free Timing Belts not Containing Wetting Agents that Damage Paintwork
Timing belts of the CONTI SYNCHROCOLOR® series were developed specifically for the conditions encountered in painting lines and skid units. Thanks to their distinctive and silicone-free material compounding and purity of the surface, CONTI SYNCHROCOLOR® timing belts do not contain any wetting agents that damage paintwork.
Areas of application:
CONTI SYNCHROCOLOR® timing belts are used in painting lines and skid units.
For the various mechanical requirements encountered on painting lines, CONTI SYNCHROCOLOR® is available in 3 variations:
* CONTI SYNCHROCOLOR® Excellence
For cost-effective operations in lower and medium performance classes. The high-strength glass cord tension is imbedded in a CR compound.
* CONTI SYNCHROCOLOR® Prestige
For applications in machines with high performance requirements. This variation contains a specific high-strength cord and a special wear-resistant fabric.
* CONTI SYNCHROCOLOR® Premium
For applications where maximum tensile strength is required. The modified aramide cord is imbedded in a CR compound with calendered high-strength fabric.
