The pre-wired corrugators are destined to the electrical building industry.
Corelco developed in 1993 an extrusion line for the production of pre-wired corrugated pipes, in order to answer to a growing demand.

PROCESS
Rather than inserting the electrical wires after extruding the corrugated pipe, the Corelco's process consists of extruding the corrugated pipe around the electrical wires, thereby producing a ready-to-use product.
True to the European Standard, EN586-2-2, the Pre-wired corrugated pipe can be produced at high production speed.
This process is also suitable for the production of corrugated pipe with : antenna cables, computer coaxial cables, electrical wires, phone cable, ...
