C.O.S.MA.P. can boast the entire design of such a technological innovation, which combines the features of the rotary table with the use of innovative grinding units - these having a greater number of rotation axis and hence greater chances for the possible brush of moving and getting closer to the piece to treat. This new solution aims at making accessible to be cleaned those areas of the piece which would be difficult to reach with a normal unit; the completeness and the large number of operations that can be made with this type of polishing unit, leads us easily to compare it with possible movements of an anthropomorphic arm.
The mandrel faceplate group can alternate rotating movements with overturning movements of the piece; both movements are controlled by brushless motors with resolver. C.O.S.M.A.P. is proud to be able to install on the same shaft contact wheels with an abrasive tape as well as flap wheels (particularly suitable for molded surfaces).
