Rotary tables for grinding consist of a main framework set in motion and controlled by an electromechanical component which guarantees the absolute accuracy of the rotating movement of the table (AUTOROTOR).
The mandrel faceplate group can combine the piece rotating movement with a tilting movement; both of them are controlled by brushless motors with resolvers.
C.O.S.M.A.P., as a designer and manufacturer of these machines can answer every kind of request, ensuring the customer the exact size and the required number of units which one needs for specific use. C.O.S.M.A.P. is proud to be able to install on the same shaft contact wheels with an abrasive tape as well as flap wheels (particularly suitable for molded surfaces). The basic units can be proposed and designed from the simplest motorised axes to interpolated and controlled axes.
