Coutex offers discharge hoppers (TDT) and fast opening flaps (CDT) for cleaning waste sediment in the storm tanks.
The discharge hoppers (TDT) consist of devices to retain water responding to certain changes in flow and volume; its design allows it to turn quickly on its axis when the water level inside the hopper reaches a certain limit. They can also return to their resting position without the use of any auxiliary means.
The quick opening flaps (CDT) are gates that are driven by hydraulic cylinders, releasing the water stored in an adjacent warehouse and causing a small wave that cleans the surface deposit.
