The Cozzoli Machine Company Mini Monoblock machine is designed to be accommodated in a compact area in a clean room environment, with hood isolation and laminar flow in mind. Designed to fill liquids or powders, then stopper or cap the containers at speeds up to 60 vials per minute, the Mini Monoblock is capable of covering a range of vial sizes from 1ml to 100ml. The Mini Monoblock is a small, reliable, high performance machine designed for processing vials in laboratory, clinical production environments or other areas with limited space. It is designed for use within a hood or bio safety cabinet.

Each machine is custom designed for your specific packaging requirements. This machine handles a variety of vial sizes and is equipped with a main starwheel that is custom designed to fit each vial diameter. This starwheel will serve to properly align vials for the filling and stoppering functions. Features include: PLC controls for ease of operation, sanitary "wipe-down" cGMP design, no tool change-over, straight through, side mount filling nozzle, positive displacement fill system, no vial-no fill, bottom up fill, make-up detection, and more.
