Our lightweight SatRacks are available in ½ rack sizes in a range of U heights and frame depths. The SatRack internal frame is mounted on 8 anti-vibration mounts to offer exceptional protection in transit and deployment.

The body shell is constructed from thermo-formed 10mm honeycomb polypropylene (HPP). HPP has a high strength to weight ratio and is non-crushable. Thermo-forming does not crimp the HPP, giving the angled edges longitudinal strength and rigidity.

The HPP body shell is encased within a 3mm HDPE foam jacket which helps to insulate the rack and offers cushioning to create a ‘carry friendly’ piece of ruggedised luggage. HDPE foam is closed cell, alkaline and oil resistant and impervious to the elements.
