Magnetic drive centrifugal pump
4 m3/h, PN 16 | MKPP series
CP Pumpen AG
This is a sealless, "IN-LINE" leak-free peripheral magnetic drive centrifugal pump design.
The pump is constructed with all wetted parts manufactured from solid bar stock. The use of bar stock offers the advantages of high purity and inclusion free materials in a wide variety of material options.
The "IN LINE" vertical design offers a major advantage regarding space and installation cost.
This pump model is often used for injection processes because this is a low flow and high head characteristic.
Peripheral pump suitable for small flow and high head
Impressing simple pump concept built up from few individual elements
Design with single bearing and central placement allows a compact construction and eliminates requirement for plain bearing bracket
Application of the product-lubricated single bearing overcomes frequent weak point of conventional pumps
Pump operates with lowest wear due to axial and radial SSIC bearing
Striking of impeller on casing or plain bearing bracket is eliminated
Vast selection of materials of construction starting from high-alloyed stainless steels, nickel and nickel basis alloys to other special alloys
In-Line arrangement for optimal space efficiency
Central bearing placement allows vertical mounting
Close coupled drive
Manifold accesories for different requirements available
