The Bourg Document Finisher for Xerox (BDFN-x) is C.P. Bourg’s most compact high-speed booklet maker for routine production. It has been designed to operate In-Line with several Xerox printers. Through the BDFN-x, the paper follows a stitch-fold-trim process with guaranteed set integrity and a maximum speed of 4,200 booklets per hour. This cost-effective document finisher is able to stitch fold trim up to 22 sheets, stitches up to 55 sheets, and folds up to 22 sheets booklets (88 pages). Like other C.P. Bourg booklet makers, the possibility of automatically measuring the thickness of each booklet in operation is a standard on our equipment. This enables you to have zero waste and increase your productivity. The BDFN-x is an economical choice for commercial shops or in-plant printers using Xerox print engines and need to produce standardised booklets in runs from one to thousands.
