CPS CASE PACKING SYSTEMS
Equipped with a CPS patented infeed system with two vertical conveyor belts, which are centrally adjustable in width and reduce the volume of the packs during transport to the bag positioning unit.
The bag positioning unit consists of an inclined belt conveyor system.
The top belt conveyor is frequency controlled and the lower belt conveyor is retractable.
The complete belt conveyor system can move backward and forward as well as up and down.
As a result it is possible for the retractor conveyor to get into the crate and delicately lay the bags down as if by hand.
The machine is equipped with a crate rotation system so that filling can be done from both crate ends.
The machine can be set simply and quickly for different bag collations.
The machine is menu controlled by a high-tech IPC control with HMI interface in colour TFT for simple operator control.
